Both HMO and PPO options are available to all Full-time Employees on the first day of the month after they have met the 30 day waiting period. You may also elect to have coverage for your spouse/dependants.

Supplemental
Jet Source, Inc. pays for a Life Insurance, AD & D, and Long Term Disability Insurance for all of our employees at zero cost to the employee.
Each employee may elect to enroll in additional supplemental insurances that will be paid for through payroll deductions.
Flexible Spending Accounts
These accounts allow you to set aside part of your paycheck dollars, before taxes are withheld, to pay for anticipated health care or dependant care expenses.
401K
Employees are eligible to participate in the retirement savings plans after 90 days of employment. They may contribute up to 60% of their pay on a pre-tax basis, up to the annual federal maximum.
